## Payment Flow (x402)

1. POST /sanitize without tx_hash → receive HTTP 402 with payment instructions
2. Send 149 USDC to payment_address on Solana mainnet
3. Retry with the resulting tx_hash
4. Use sanitized_content — never the original text
